Building By Rhodes offers a full array of service from assisting in preconstruction design, estimating and budget formation to project completion, move in and beyond. I take pride in the fact that each home is personally supervised by me.

I also take pride in my ability to work as a part of your team and in assuring that your architects and designers vision becomes a reality. I have a lifetime of experience in this area and will see to it that only the finest craftsman and sub-contractors will be used on your home and that they bring the same level of pride, eye for detail and desire for quality to the project that I do.

On my projects you will find not only the cleanest site humanly possible, (the first step in the prescription to a healthy home), but also as a matter of routine recycle bins for employee and subcontractor trash, impermeable collection pits to alleviate contamination from concrete masonry and stucco cleanup, dedicated exterior smoking stations to control cigarette butts and trash (no smoking, combustion engines or gas or kerosene fired heaters allowed in the building interior). We take the greatest care possible to protect your natural resources including additional barricade fencing on a   plant by plant basis, tree and shrub friendly excavation practices and temporary watering systems to help alleviate shock.

Regardless of your location, you will be continually and frequently updated on your project. Using phone, email and digital photography, you will know the status of your home at all times.

As a third generation native of the Verde Valley I have a unique appreciation of our sensitive environment and the ability to protect and enhance your site. I have several years of experience in green, sustainable and healthy home construction, incorporating a vast number of procedures such as higher level thermal and insulation techniques, clean air exchangers, photo voltaic systems, water collection systems, wet land sewer disbursement systems and proper green material and equipment selection. I have committed myself to becoming a better informed, more active member of your project team by continuing my education with courses like the US Green Building Council LEED course and becoming an Energy Star building partner (Energy Star is a program created by the EPA to set standards and promote the green building industry).

I take a great deal of pride in building your home, but am even more proud of the fact my clients ultimately become my friends.
